Valmet Stacker is a high-capacity stacker that can process up to 300 bales/h. The machine offers rapid and gentle handling of pressed, unwrapped and untied bales during lifting and stacking to produce bale units weighing up to 1000 kg.

High-capacity stacker
The Stacker stacks pulp bales to create bale units, which are then strapped for easy and economical transportation. The machine allows a preset number of bales (normally four) to be carefully lifted and stacked on top of each other, and offers a handling capacity of up to 300 bales/h.
Smooth action means gentle handling
Exceptionally gentle bale handling is made possible by a system that employs frequency-controlled electric motors and pneumatics for smooth bale lifting and positioning. No hydraulics are used.
Straight stacks every time
The bales are automatically adjusted, both sideways and lengthwise, in order to produce a straight stack. The bales are gently lifted by two lifting units – one on each side – using multiple lifting forks that move in under the bale. Throughout the process, the bales are
accurately and swiftly positioned under full control.
Enclosed bale stack
The extended machine frame is designed to increase safety. As it surrounds the bale stack, the extended frame ensures that any falling bales cannot jeopardize the safety of personnel or damage nearby equipment.
