Valmet's emission control in Marine

Valmet has launched new emission control solutions for the marine industry. They enable ship owners to boost sustainability at sea and better comply with growing statutory requirements.
One of the innovations is the advanced water treatment solution called Valmet Marine Water Treatment and based on patented and enhanced cross-flow technology. Another new marine solution is the Valmet Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) for reducing particle emissions from vessels. Additionally, Valmet has added new properties to its robust and proven marine SOx scrubber system.
Valmet Marine Service now complements Valmet’s marine solutions offering. It offers a one-stop-shop for marine services and access to Valmet’s technology, process, and control system know-how.
What’s more, Valmet offers Marine Industrial Internet solutions (VII) for ship owners. These solutions enable efficient remote maintenance and remote optimization possibilities, all resulting in lower operation costs.
