Valmets Yankee Service package includes comprehensive inspections and maintenance tailored to the specific needs of Yankee syclinders, whether cast iron or steel, regardless of the manufacturer.

Valmet offers, among other things, the following services for Yankee cylinders:

Yankee surface treatment services ensure optimal performance and extended dryer life. Among these services, Valmet's Infinikote stands out as the most successful thermal-sprayed coating for Yankee cylinders, with over 800 references globally.

Improved energy efficiency at FHH’s tissue mills with service agreement

Fine Hygienic Holding signed a five-year service agreement with Valmet in 2021. Since then, Valmet has been responsible for the inspection, maintenance and optimization of Yankee dryers and hoods at the customer’s three tissue mills.

Debottlenecking of paper machine and tissue machine at Orient Paper Mills

The mill was not able to run the tissue and the paper machine at design speed due to vibrations. The issues were resolved successfully and paved the way for a performance agreement to improve production and efficiency improvement of the two machines.
