	Maciej Szczepaniak graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology, where he obtained a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. Following his academic achievements, he progressively advanced holding positions such as: Designer, Senior Designer, Senior Application Engineer and finally Expert Application Engineer, focusing on the Paper and Board sector. He concentrates his attention on optimizing product technology and quality. He is technically skilled in the field of paper machine products, equipment development and cost optimization of paper technology and manufacturing.
