The machine, which handles all unit sizes on the market, combines safe dewiring technology and efficient destacking down to single bales for pulp receiving lines at rates of up to 200 bales/h.
Automatic solution boosts cost-efficiency
The Wire remover-unit is a fully automatic machine for dewiring of incoming bale units and destacking down to single bales. It is an integral part of a complete solution to deliver maximum cost-efficiency in a fully automatic pulper feed system. The machine can provide high capacity of up to 200 bales/h when handling units comprised of eight bales. In a fully automatic line, bales are transported directly to the Wire remover-bale for automatic dewiring of individual bales.
Handles all unit sizes
Wire remover-unit gives you maximum flexibility for processing bale units. The machine is designed to handle all the unit sizes used on the market. Different bale unit sizes can be pre-programmed into the Wire remover and are then automatically identified and processed when fed into the machine.
Safe wire handling technology
Wires cut from the bale units are automatically formed into compact, recyclable coils. With no long or loose wires, the coils are safe and easy to handle. The dewiring technology not only reduces risks for operators, but also provides the smoothest, most efficient solution for handling cut wire. This well-proven coiling technique is also used in the Wire remover for single bales.
Cost-efficient, automatic dewiring and destacking of bale units can be planned into a new line or easily retrofitted into an existing pulp receiving line. The machine is delivered as a ready-to-use unit designed for fast installation and start up. Efficient everyday operation is ensured by the superior control system, featuring PLC control equipment, which is operated and monitored via a touch-screen with an easy-to-use graphic interface.
