Notification according to chapter 9, section 5 and 6 of the Securities Market Act: Solidium Oy’s holding in Neles

Neles Corporation has received a notification, pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 and 6 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, about ownership in Neles Corporation.

According to Solidium Oy’s notification, they have on July 1, 2020 completed a sale of their entire 14.88% stake (in total 22,374,869 shares and votes) in Neles Oyj. As a consequence of the sale, Solidium Oy's ownership of shares and votes in Neles Oyj has fallen below the 5% flagging threshold. The sale constitutes a consummation of the binding, unconditional sale and purchase agreement entered into on June 17, 2020.

Neles’ total number of shares and voting rights is 150,348,256.
