On November 18, 2020, Alfa Laval Treasury International AB (publ)'s total holding in Neles shares and in financial instruments entitling to shares exceeded the 5 percent threshold and amounted to 12,723,923 shares, or 8.46 percent of Neles’ shares and votes. Neles’ total number of shares and voting rights is 150,348,256.
The transaction giving rise to the notification obligation was an intra-group transfer of shares held in Neles Corporation from Alfa Laval AB (publ) to its indirect subsidiary, Alfa Laval Treasury International AB (publ).
