The Stora Enso Fors board mill in Sweden has produced board using CTMP (chemi-thermomechanical pulp) from their own CTMP mill and external suppliers since the beginning of the 1980s. Realizing the advantages, the mill chose to modify their CTMP Line 2 to use HT-CTMP technology in 2018.
