Solution
  1. Replacing the old mixer with Valmet SMF mixer 30-40 to improve mixing efficiency.
  2. Valmet SMF mixer has excellent mixing process which improves chemical and power consumption without temperature reduction.
Results

FL9 has reduced chemical consumption by 1% and increased temperature about 10°C, leading to cost savings of around 300k EUR/year.​
