Valmet has been listed in CDP's Nordic Climate Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI). The index includes the best Nordic companies that have publicly reported on their actions on climate change mitigation. The results were published in CDP's annual Nordic 260 report today.

"Valmet's listing in the Nordic Climate Disclosure Leadership Index and in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index is an excellent achievement for us. Sustainability is at the core of our business as we work every day to provide our customers with solutions that require less water, energy and raw materials, and enable the use of renewable resources. External rankings help us to communicate about our achievements and to further develop our performance," says Pasi Laine, President and CEO of Valmet Corporation.

With a score of 98/100 Valmet is ranked among the top 10% of the organizations that constitute the CDLI, which indicates transparent and comprehensive performance in all areas of reporting.
