Valmet included in Dow Jones Sustainability Index

Valmet has been selected for the world's leading Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). The company was listed both in the Dow Jones Sustainability World and Europe indices.
"Being selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability Index means that we are doing a lot of things right, and it demonstrates that sustainability is an integral part of our business operations. In line with our sustainability agenda, we aim to be transparent in the way we communicate about our performance relating to social, environmental and financial obligations. This kind of external evaluation provides an effective means for all our stakeholders to assess Valmet's achievements. In total 319 companies were selected for the DJSI World 2014/2015. In addition to Valmet, three other companies from Finland are included in the World index this year.
