The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved today, October 29, 2021, a supplement to the Finnish language merger and listing prospectus (the “Merger Prospectus”) concerning the merger between Neles Corporation (“Neles”) and Valmet Oyj (“Valmet”) (the “Merger”).
The supplement relates to Valmet’s unaudited consolidated interim review as at and for the nine months ended September 30, 2021, published on October 26, 2021, and Neles’ unaudited consolidated interim review as at and for the nine months ended September 30, 2021, published on October 27, 2021. Additionally, the supplement relates to the appointment of Simo Sääskilahti as the Business Line President for the Flow Control Business Line of Valmet as of the completion of the Merger, announced on October 26, 2021.
The Merger Prospectus and the supplement to the Merger Prospectus will be available starting on October 29, 2021 on Neles’ website at www.neles.com/merger and on Valmet’s website at www.valmet.com/merger as well as at Neles’ registered office at Vanha Porvoontie 229, FI-01380 Vantaa, Finland, and at Valmet’s registered office at Keilasatama 5, FI-02150 Espoo, Finland, and at the reception of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd at Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland.
