Neles Corporation will publish the following financial information in 2022:
The Financial Statements Review for 2021 will be published on February 4, 2022, if the merger with Valmet has not closed prior to this. The silent period starts on January 5, 2021.
Neles’ Annual General Meeting 2022 is planned to be held on March 22, 2022, if the merger with Valmet does not close before February 28, 2022. Neles' Board of Directors will convene the meeting by separate invitation.
The Financial Statements for 2021 will be published during the week of February 21, 2022.
The completion of the Neles and Valmet merger is targeted to occur on or before April 1, 2022.
