Neles’ Annual Report for 2021 published

Neles Corporation has today, February 23, 2022, published its Annual Report for 2021. Annual Report includes board of directors’ report and financial statements. As a part of the Annual Report, Neles has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report. Additionally, a sustainability review (GRI supplement) has been published.

Neles’ Annual Report is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format of the report is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Neles' ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
