Video Interview Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice applies to processing of personal data concerning you in the context of a video interview as a part of Valmet recruitment process.
The data collected will be controlled by Valmet corporate HR and the respective country organization. The data will be used as part of evaluating your suitability to open positions in Valmet that you have chosen. The legal basis for the processing is a request by the data subject prior to entering in an employment contract.
The data will be accessed by relevant Valmet HR representatives and persons participating in the selection. By default, the data will be stored in the EU. However, when needed, the data may be accessed by Valmet HR representatives and persons participating in the selection from outside of the EU. EU Model Clauses are used as appropriate safeguards for the access from third countries. The data will be stored for 18 months after recording.
Valmet will support data subject’s rights, including access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (data protection authority). Our Video Service provider RecRight automatically collects data with analytic services such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze and further develop their service. In case you need technical assistance, your personal data is processed in Zendesk by your own initiative. For these services, RecRight acts as Data Controller.
