Our Valmet channel partner community has ~300 certified members in over 65 countries, either complementing our presence or then being the sole representatives for our different flow control product brands in the market. This time, we interviewed Anasia, our certified partner in the Middle East.

Could you describe your company?

Anasia is a Private Shareholding Group founded in 1993, operating across multiple business units that include Industrial Solutions, Process Automation, Appliances, and Energy Solutions. With a strong presence across 7 countries in the GCC and a network of 35+ global business  partners, Anasia delivers end-to-end solutions - from sourcing and supply to commissioning and after-sales support , tailored to customers' operational needs. The company's consistent growth reflects its long-standing commitment to quality, innovation, and lasting partnerships across the region.

Can you tell us briefly about your history of cooperation with Valmet?

Our cooperation with Valmet began in 2010, giving us nearly 15 years of partnership. Over this period, we have seen significant development in Valmet’s tools, support model, and market responsiveness. Customers clearly feel the strength of the cooperation, and this has been reflected in the growth and results we achieve together. “The development we have seen during these 15 years is huge. Customers feel the support, and it has been reflected in the business we enjoy together.” Says Osama Amer, Process Automation Division Manager at Anasia.

Can you give us an example of one of your latest customer success cases?

One of the recent examples could be a refining company we supported with emergency
shutdown valves (ESD) for burners. The specific customer required 19 ESD valves for a
brownfield installation. We supported them from the specification stage, reviewing special
requirements and ensuring the final solution fit their existing setup.

What was the original challenge they had? Why did they end up choosing Valmet’s flow control solutions?

The customer wanted to integrate ESD valves on the burners without modifying their  existing cabling or DCS system. Traditional solutions would have required additional wiring, which was not possible in their situation. Valmet’s Neles™ ValvGuard™
VG9000 solution, combined with a standard 0–24 V digital signal, allowed them to perform both PST testing and ESD action while keeping their current installation unchanged. “That’s why they went with our solution, because we have a unique solution Because valmet had the most advanced yet economical solution says, Marco Makram, Valves and pumps Sales unit Manager, Anasia

What are the results?

The valves were installed seamlessly and operate reliably in the process lines. The
customer’s feedback has been highly positive, and the successful performance has already led to discussions about new ESD system projects and future expansions.

How would you describe the collaboration between you and Valmet?

The collaboration is excellent. We receive fast and consistent support from the Valmet team, especially from the Dubai office, which helps our own team of seven specialists respond quickly to customers and build trust in the market. The quality of cooperation has contributed directly to market growth, increasing opportunities and strengthening customer confidence.

Valmet’s products are known for their high reliability and quality. Continuous training,
proactive support, and regular knowledge sharing allow our team to maintain strong service capabilities across industries. This ensures high customer satisfaction and supports further market expansion.

Anything else you want to highlight?

Our joint efforts have helped both sides grow market share in a significant way. Customer
trust continues to increase, and we are committed to further strengthening the partnership and delivering high-quality solutions across our markets.
