The horizontal-feed HGS chipper sets a new standard for high-capacity chipping, consistently delivering superior chip quality.
The HGS chipper features one of the widest infeed spouts on the market, engineered to handle multiple logs efficiently. The spout dimensions give both extra width and height essential for high capacities with both small and large logs, while significantly reducing the risk of log jams. The ingenious spout design ensures precise log guidance and optimal chipping performance—even with a single log.
Valmet Disc Chipper Carthage
The horizontal-feed Carthage chipper is designed for high-capacity, tree-length log lines. Its robust design ensures reliable performance and consistently high chip quality. A wide infeed spout supports high capacity, and two bed knives provide a larger, more stable cutting area for efficient and accurate chipping.
Valmet Disc Chipper GS
The drop-feed GS chipper is designed for high-capacity chipping lines, delivering reliable performance across a wide range of log sizes and diameters. It is an excellent choice for chipping logs with extra-large diameters.
