Finding the source of all that noise
Effective aerodynamic noise reduction in pipelines and control loops has become an important consideration for many industries as it ...
Take the pressure off of stressed oil and gas processes
Adequate risk reduction calls for efficient depressurising systems in oil and gas processes. Intelligence, which leads to safety and ...
Intelligent valves for LNG processing
The demand for natural gas is likely to increase, because of its clean-burning characteristics, especially for producing electricity.
Reliable operations secured at Michigan Sugar with Flowrox™ valves and pumps
It is obvious that for the process to work efficiently and without problems, it is necessary to choose the right equipment in the right places for the process. This once again proved to be true, when Michigan Sugar was facing problems with valves in a well-oiled, meticulous system that was getting jammed up by a simple cast-iron butterfly valve. Another problem they faced was with pumping calcium. The plates of the pump were wearing out too fast and the costs were thus unbearable.
Decades of flow control reliability in wastewater sand separation at Salon Vesi
Municipal wastewater treatment is needed everywhere. Even though valves are just one part of the process, they actually play an important role in making the whole process efficient. When the valves are chosen correctly, and they fit the process needs accurately, other parts of the process like pumps wear out less quickly. This was the case at the municipal waste water treatment plant in Salo, Finland.
Flow control partner spotlight: Troya Proses
Channel partners provide a valuable network to support our flow control customers all over the world. We interviewed valuable partner Troya Proses from Turkey.
Harsh conditions within mine concentrators
Why selecting the right wear-resistant valves and pumps is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency?
Flow control innovations in wastewater treatment
Wastewater treatment facilities face increasingly complex challenges in managing diverse chemical processes, ensuring environmental compliance and optimising operational efficiency. As the industry evolves to meet stricter regulations and sustainability goals, the demand for sophisticated flow control equipment has grown. This article explores recent developments in flow control technology for wastewater treatment, including contributions from companies such as Valmet.
Neles Easyflow™ chosen for reasons of trust and quality
We recently asked one of our valued customers in India about their most recent Neles Easyflow investment. We wanted to hear the thoughts of a representative from a large industrial player in the Indian market with a wide range of industrial processes and applications in their portfolio about their thoughts on our valve technologies for standard industrial use. As an established household name with a strong presence and long heritage, the customer can only afford to works with partners worthy of their trust in terms of quality and reliability.
Flowrox™ hose pump keeps copper mine running in tough slurry conditions
Read how a slurry handling upgrade delivered savings for a copper mine: smaller footprint, higher flow, 77% less lubricant use and 1000‑hour hose life. The Flowrox 360‑degree peristaltic pump proved its value during a 60‑day trial, running reliably around the clock and cutting maintenance and operating costs. The compact DN100 pump replaced a larger DN150 unit while still boosting performance in demanding slurry conditions.
