Detection of dangerous overheating
System for the optical detection of areas with overtemperature on the line. For this purpose, the thermal cameras are used can communicate with the PLC of the line in order to command a Fast Stop in case of detection of abnormal temperatures. The intervention thresholds are programmed for each thermal camera, in order to adapt the system to the various machines. The images taken by thermal cameras can be stored inside them or, with the installation of an industrial PC and a dedicated monitor, recorded on an hard disk and displayed in real time by the operator.

Heat build-up is detected before it becomes a problem for the machine and operators.

The system allows you to detect the temperature increase before a fire breaks out,
safeguarding the machine and the capital invested.
Efficiency
The check takes place continuously even with the machine running.
Main characteristics
Overtemperatures represent accumulations of heat that can lead to the onset of fires or, in the best cases, damage to equipment with high value and critical roles in industrial production.
To detect anomalous accumulations of heat, cameras with specific functions are successfully used: thermal imaging cameras.
