IPP Aquabond
A new way of bonding the plies using water instead of glue
This IPP is a new system of bonding the plies utilizing water instead of glue via the standard lamination rubber roller clichè system. If necessary, will be modified the motorization of anilox roll in order to permit the syncronism requested to realize the new glueing system. On request it is possible to add a separate motorization also for the cliché roll. The system is managed from the line operator panel, inserting the necessary dedicated commands. It is possible to use alternatively water and glue, if the products to be made requires it.

The system guarantees excellent adhesion of the plies, even at high speed.

- The modification is reversible, being able to return to production with glue at any time.

In IPP Aquabond™ mode there is no cost to dispose of unused glue.
