A new benchmark for the industry – the Valmet ThruAir® Bonder

This year, more than 300 elite nonwovens companies attended the well-known SINCE2023 exhibition in China, showcasing the development achievements in the nonwovens industry chain ranging from new products, technologies and various concepts. The era of intelligence, digitization, environmental protection, and sustainable development were fully reflected in this exhibition, indicating the direction for the future expansion of the industry.

Being an industry leader in through air bonding, Valmet's presentation on the ‘Critical aspects of through air bonding in high quality nonwovens production’, attracted the attention of many attendees at SINCE23.

Leo Xiang, Product Sales Manager in China represented Valmet and introduced our newest product to the market, the Valmet ThruAir® Bonder.

We are proud to offer this new invention that creates a benchmark in the industry by combining high performance achievements of ± 1.5 °C, and guarantees a flow uniformity and a temperature uniformity with a small footprint. In addition, lower capital and operating costs can bring great benefits to nonwovens producers".
