Asia Symbol’s paper machine PM13 was successfully started up on March 27, 2022, with a machine speed of 1500 m/min. The production line is equipped with an extensive scope of automation systems and flow control solutions. After 4 months of operation, the speed has reached 1610 m/min – a new record.

The superintendent of the water treatment plant was examining shoe designed peristaltic pumps and single rolling design peristaltic pumps. The customer was convinced that Flowrox's peristaltic pump with only one compression per 360 degree revolution will lead to at least 3-5 times longer hose life time than conventional hose pumps. IntelliReel benefits include: controlled nip throughout winding process, minimized winding defects and sheet losses, easy process control, safe and minimized maintenance and it can be a tailor made solution. In the optimum parent roll structure building the purpose of nip relieving is to reduce the excessive weight of the spool and thus control the nip load between the spool and reel drum.
