Valmet to supply Green Liquor Clarifier G2 to MM Kotkamills Oy in Finland

The order is included in Valmet’s orders received of the fourth quarter 2022. The system is planned to be taken into operation during Q4, 2023. The value of the order will not be disclosed.

The investment is expected to improve their process results and at the same time enable Kotkamills with a future capacity upgrade potential. This further proves Valmet’s capability within green liquor clarification. We have supplied more than 15 clarifiers during the last five years,” says Erik Eriksson, Sales Manager, Pulp and Energy, Valmet.

Technical details about the delivery
Valmet’s scope of supply includes the equipment for a new Green Liquor Clarifier G2 that is known for the performance, low power consumption, high availability and a compact footprint. Valmet will also provide engineering services, erection, start-up, and supervision advisory services for the Valmet-delivered equipment.
