Unlocking Process Insights for Better Decisions in Advanced Plastic Recycling

Register to the webinar

Varying feedstocks and changing operating conditions add complexity to plastic recycling processes and can make it challenging to understand exactly what is happening inside the process.

During pyrolysis and gasification, these variations can directly affect process behavior and product composition. Temperature, pressure, and flow provide essential information, while online process gas chromatography adds another important perspective: the chemical composition of the process stream.

This webinar explores how online process gas chromatography can be used to support process optimization in plastic recycling. We will look at where compositional information can add value, how online measurements complement laboratory analysis, and how additional process knowledge can help operators respond to changing conditions and identify optimization potential.

We will also take a closer look at pyrolysis and gasification applications and discuss how the Valmet MAXUM II Process Gas Chromatograph can be applied in these processes.

Join us to explore:

  • How feedstock variability can influence process behavior and product composition
  • Where online gas chromatography can add valuable information
  • How online measurements complement detailed laboratory analysis
  • Potential applications in pyrolysis and gasification
  • How additional process knowledge can contribute to optimization and economic value

In just 30 minutes, we will provide a practical look at how process analytics can support your operation - whether you are already running a plastic recycling process, developing new technologies or engineering future plants.
