About the event
The 2026 (11th) Bio-based Conference & Exhibition will take place in Shanghai from May 20–22, aligned with China’s 15th Five-Year Plan and “Dual Carbon” goals. Organized by the Zhejiang Key Laboratory of Bio-based Polymeric Materials and DT New Materials, the event will feature forums, activities, product showcases, and an awards ceremony. Over 100 industry experts will discuss trends, technologies, and supply chains, while 76 new products from 58 organizations compete for the DT New Leaf Awards, widely regarded as the “Oscars” of the bio-based industry. The conference expects more than 1,500 participants and aims to advance innovation and collaboration across the bio-based industry.
