Valmet Disc Filter CDI
Valmet Disc Filter CDI recovers fiber from white water while thickening broke or recycled pulp from medium to large flows. Its open rotor design enables to handle low to very high feed consistency, making it the unique option for combined save-all broke thickening applications.
Valmet’s Ultrafiltration process is a solution for paper, board and tissue mills to produce colloid-free, bacteria-free, ultrapure water from white water. The main objectives are to reduce fresh water consumption, improve paper machine runnability, efficiency, and manage energy.
Valmet Pressure-fed and Gravity-fed Bow Screens are curved inclined screens that separate liquids and solids. Valmet's industry-leading portfolio provides effective fiber recovery from tissue machine white water, efficient polishing of filtrate for shower water use and flexible thickening of low consistency stock streams, discharging at two (2) to five (5) percent consistency.
