The award was given by the French Paper Industry Technical Association (ATIP). The innovation contest was arranged in connection with the ATIP Conference and Exhibition in Paris, France on December 8-9, 2022.

Valmet has delivered the 30,000th Valmet Blade Consistency Measurement (Valmet SP) to Stora Enso’s Skoghall Mill in Sweden. Valmet Blade Consistency Measurement is a standard shear force measurement for fiber consistency in many mills and it is the most sold consistency measurement globally.

Valmet to supply profilers to Century Pulp and Paper in India

Valmet will supply Valmet IQ Induction Profiler and Valmet IQ Steam Profiler to Century Pulp and Paper (CPP) in Lalkuan, India. The new profilers will be installed on Paper Machine 3. The PM3 also has existing Valmet IQ Quality Control System (QCS) at reel. This investment is targeted to improve process performance and product quality. The installation of both profilers is scheduled by September 2020.
