Casmatic CMB270

Designed to reach production speeds up to 27 bundles per minute, Casmatic CMB270 is able to bundle any type of format with its in-line infeed configuration. This model is equipped with a new patented system called revolver, which allows to significantly improve the production speed for bundles with up-ended single rolls and packages. In addition, this new bundler includes several other advantages and features such as 60% less energy consumption compared to previous models, a new layer separator designed to stack specific bundles, a bag quality booster system to improve bundle tightness and guided maintenance procedures saved in the HMI.

Casmatic CMW208

Casmatic CMW 208 is a high speed tissue rolls wrapper for single layer pack configurations in one or two lanes at a maximum speed of 220 packs per minute. Casmatic CMW 208 guarantees efficient and reliable performances and high quality finished products.It is equipped with the traditional reciprocating wrapping cycle, with elevator and overhead flight unit hence it allows a positive product handling and final pack quality, regardless of the rolls softness or wrapping material (paper and/or poly) thickness.

Screen baskets

Screen baskets with accurate slots and high capacity to maximize screening efficiency in stock preparation applications and to gain high screening capacity in all applications. Wire profile selection will ensure an optimized screening process and fiber classification after screening to reach optimized fiber for tissue production. Enhanced chrome coating process will ensure a longer lifetime and string-free operation.

Doctoring products

Doctoring affects machine runnability, tissue quality, production costs, and production efficiency. Runnability can be improved by optimizing doctoring parameters and blade materials. Cleaner rolls result in better end-product quality. The blade materials can be optimized in each position which will lead to fewer blade changes resulting in lower blade costs. The reduction of unplanned shutdowns and costly downtime periods can be avoided by reliable and trouble-free doctoring.
