Valmet supplied BM10 at Liansheng Paper Longhai site is producing 125–230 g/m2 kraft containerboard with current speed up to 1,150 m/min and a daily capacity reaching 2,200 tonnes. A rebuild of air dyers with new Valmet nozzles on Cartiere del Garda’s off-line coating machine in Italy has increased speed, reduced energy consumption and improved web stability. On top of everything, they can now guarantee their printing paper customers better quality – even on lighter grades.

APP Jingui PM2 - Reliable and innovative technology for low carbon operations

Valmet delivered the 1000th winder with high-tech features to Palm Aalen PM 5. Even the smallest Valmet winders benefit from this know-how. The winder is connected to reel and automatic transfer rails, thus it can be operated in a safe and effective way while providing high production levels. Valmet will continue to deliver even better winding solutions for you also in the future.
