Valmet introduces new triple-layer seamed press felt, expanding its wide seam felt selection
Valmet, a global leader in paper and board technologies, has strengthened its market-leading portfolio of seamed press felts with the launch of a new triple-layer seamed press felt designed specifically for heavy-grade packaging machines. This latest addition ensures that Valmet now offers an optimized felt for every press-section position, supporting mills in improving productivity, runnability and end-product quality.
The new felt has been engineered to deliver maximized press-section performance, maintaining sufficient dewatering capacity throughout its entire targeted lifetime. Its high seam quality ensures stable operation, while the safe and easy installation supports faster changes and reduced downtime.
