Innovation and simplicity in the new CMD1H8 configuration
With the CMD1H8 configuration, Casmatic B23 can handle packs in bypass mode, feeding directly into the palletizing line to create display pallets.
This solution shortens cycle times and makes the entire process more flexible and continuous.
Modular design and simplified maintenance
Thanks to the new Siemens S7-1500 electrical and software architecture, the HMI is even more intuitive and user-friendly, with graphical icons and images to assist operators throughout production.
The modular frame, with integrated electrical cabinets and safety protections, reduces total line length from 13.5 to just 10 meters.
Maintenance has also been simplified: new chain conveyors require fewer interventions, while infeed belts with guiding cords stay perfectly aligned, eliminating manual adjustments.
