Valmet to supply analyzers and measurements to Andhra Paper Limited in India

Valmet will deliver Valmet Fiberline Analyzer, Valmet Cooking Liquor Analyzer and Valmet Residual Measurements to Andhra Paper Limited, Rajamahendravaram (Rajahmundry) in India.

Andhra Paper Rajahmundry mill selected Valmet’s analyzers and measurements again based on previous successful analyzer deliveries back to 2007. The new delivery will help to optimize the fiberline operations and enable the mill towards advance process controls and further digital journey. The delivery will take place in the last quarter 2024.

Technical information about the delivery 

Valmet Fiberline Analyzer ensures efficiency gains and significant cost savings in pulp quality management by integrating real-time production targets with laboratory matching fiber measurement technology, making it most utilized pulp quality analyzer in the world. Valmet Fiberline Analyzer also provides fully prepared pulp samples for laboratory comparison. The design prioritizes safety, longevity, and trouble-free operation with up to 16 automatic sampling points, while remote support through Valmet Industrial Internet (VII) enhances global specialist assistance.

Valmet Cooking Liquor Analyzer automates liquor chemistry measurements, optimizing cooking alkali profile and improving efficiency by reducing Kappa number variability. With safe and reliable liquor sampling and laboratory standard measurement method, it ensures reliable results without laboratory calibration, enhancing overall process efficiency through real-time alkali profile management.

Valmet Residual Measurement – Valmet Polarox6 safeguards bleaching equipment, optimizes chemical addition, and ensures high pulp quality by providing immediate bleachability information and precise residual bleaching chemical measurement. Its electrochemical technology and Valmet's residual measurement solutions enhance operational stability, offering insightful process monitoring for optimal bleaching chemical dosing and environmental safety.
