These include roll maintenance, roll covers, spare parts, process improvement services, on-site services, and cooperation programs among others.
Serving customers worldwide since 1922
The history of this service center goes back to [CDS1] 1854, but it was in 1922 that the first roll cover was manufactured. Over the years, our service offering has expanded and today we can offer a wide range of services to meet diverse needs of our customers. Cernay is located at the crossroads of three countries (France, Germany and Switzerland), in a dynamic and prosperous area ensuring good connections, wide network and close to the customers.
Roll services
The Cernay Roll service center offers a wide range of roll covers and modular roll maintenance solutions to its customers to provide maximum roll performance as well as long-term roll service agreements. These full-scope solutions offer our customers the best value in terms of improved reliability and reduced roll life cycle costs.
The site can also offer roll grinding services, roll upgrades and repairs as well as roll balancing and testing.
