Description: This course describes the baling line and also presents general safety practices and safety equipment. The participant will learn about the most common machines found in the baling line including several types of conveyors. This includes the purpose, design and function of each machine.
Objective: After the course the participant should know the function of the baling line and the purpose, function and design of each baling machine. In addition to this the participants should also have a general understanding of safety in the baling line.
Audience: Personnel working with the baling line.
Pre-requisites: Basic knowledge in pulp- and papermaking is recommended.
