Supporting customers along the whole process, from idea to market-ready product
Everything starts when the customer contacts us to explore new ideas or improve existing products. We support them in defining clear goals to quickly respond to market demands.
Together with the customer, we define the trial setup—parameters, materials, and objectives—to ensure an effective and targeted test.
The customer sends their pulp and chemical additives to replicate real production conditions during the pilot trial.
We carry out the trial on our tissue making pilot line, simulating the actual production process in a controlled environment.
The produced tissue jumbo roll is shipped to the converting facility, ready for further processing into finished products.
In parallel, we design and fine-tune the embossing pattern, a key element for both the product’s appearance and performance.
