The R-series V-port segment control valves have characterized flow opening to provide optimum inherent equal percentage flow characteristics. Continuous segment/seat contact and concentric rotation provide easy handling of fibrous fluids and very high flow rates. The flow path of the valve is continuously enlarged towards valve outlet to assure free flow of thick slurries or fibrous fluids.
