Description:
The attendees are introduced to Valmet IQ Scanners and the most typical sensors and perform practical exercises using diagnostic displays and maintenance tools and a fully functional measurement system (including Valmet IQ Scanner, Basis Weight Measurement, Web Moisture Measurement and Web Caliper Measurement).
Objective:
This course provides a detailed review of the functions, structures and maintenance procedures of the Valmet IQ measurement system. After the course, the participant should be familiar with Valmet IQ measurement system, be able to do the scheduled maintenance and to evaluate the performance of the quality measurements.
Audience:
Persons responsible for QCS operation, maintenance and engineering.
Pre-requisites:
Performed the Valmet DNA operation course.
