Without this upgrade, remote assistance may no longer be available

In most cases, no hardware replacement is required and only a cloud configuration upgrade is needed.




Older MGuard devices are not compatible with New second Cloud and must be replaced.

What happens if I don’t migrate?
Remote assistance may no longer be available, leading to longer downtime and higher costs for restarting.
Do I need to stop production for the migration?
In most cases, no production stop is required. Migration is handled as a back-office activity.
Is the migration free?
It is free for customers with an active Expert Online subscription. Without a subscription, fees apply.
I have multiple lines. What applies?
Different lines may fall into different cases. Our team will verify your configuration.
How long does the migration take?
Typically around 1–2 hours once scheduled.
