Fire at Valmet's mill in Ovar, Portugal

A fire broke out at Valmet’s Ovar mill in Portugal today around 11:00 EET. Employees were evacuated and no one was seriously hurt. However, first aid was given to a few employees. Nearby houses outside the mill premises were also evacuated.
The fire has been extinguished and the evaluation of the impacts has been started.
Valmet produces filter fabrics at the Ovar mill and has 480 employees at the mill site.
