FILTRATION PRODUCTS

Valmet Disc Filter CDI

Valmet Disc Filter CDI

Valmet Disc Filter CDI is designed for fiber recovery and pulp thickening of medium to large flow applications. The unique rotor design enables the filter to seamlessly handle high consistency, high flow and high freeness applications.

Valmet Disc Filter CDP

Valmet Disc Filter CDP

Valmet Disc Filter CDP is designed for low flow fiber recovery from white water and broke thickening. Featuring an open rotor design, the CDP disc filter handles high freeness and high consistency applications.

Valmet Disc Filter VDF

Valmet Disc Filter VDF

Valmet Disc Filter VDF recovers fiber from white water while producing high quality filtrate. Designed for thickening applications with low-to-medium freeness pulp, the VDF is an ideal disc filter solution when a high discharge consistency is necessary.

Valmet Ultrafiltration

Valmet Ultrafiltration

Valmet’s Ultrafiltration process is a solution for paper, board and tissue mills in producing colloidal, bacteria-free, ultrapure water from white water. The main objectives are to reduce fresh water consumption, improve paper machine runnability and production efficiency, and control energy balance.

Bow Screens

Bow Screens

A bow screen is a curved, inclined screen that separates fiber and debris from filtrate. Valmet’s industry-leading portfolio, including the Pressure-fed Bow Screen and Gravity Bow Screen, provides effective fiber retention (ranging from approximately 2% to 5% discharge).
