DNA Plant Production Paper Dashboard shows a real-time overview of the current machine production key performance indicators (KPIs) and a short history of them. It increases your situational awareness and helps you solve problems faster.
DNA Plant Production Paper Dashboard shows a combination of real-time values from Valmet DNA Process Controller and daily values from Valmet DNA Historian. You can view the trends for the previous 30 days or the previous 7 days.
DNA Plant Production Paper Dashboard shows these key performance indicators:
- The grade that is currently being produced
- Production output of the machine for the selected time period
- The current production rate of the machine and a trend of the previous 30 or 7 days
- Time lost today due to:
- a sheet break (the stock pump is running, but there is no paper production)
- a shutdown (the stock pump is stopped).
- The current speed of the machine and a trend of the previous 30 or 7 days
- How efficiently the machine has performed today, that is, has not been down due to breaks, and a trend of the previous 30 or 7 days
