Valmet Furnace Online Imaging Services

Valmet Furnace Online Inspection Services

Our experienced field engineers are available to perform an extensive survey of your boiler.

Conducted while your boiler or furnace is in operation, our inspection services allow you to stay online longer. We provide a detailed report containing video footage and analysis of slag deposits, burner condition, and cleaning performance.

We also offer service agreements for all of our equipment. This includes cleaning, calibrating, hot adjustments, repairing and inspections. These agreements are typically scheduled for two visits per year.

We apply the full extent of our expertise in imaging products and technology to your unique requirements, enabling you to optimize your boiler operations and pre-outage activities.

Our experienced field engineers are available to perform imaging of your boiler or furnace with portable equipment. Valmet Furnace Imaging Service provides captured video and images from an operating boiler or furnace and delivers imaging of the liquor spray and the start burner from secondary air level, among others. The imaging service is conducted while your boiler or furnace is in operation.

Imaging service with analysis

The extended imaging service provides video and images with an analysis report conducted by Valmet experts. Our detailed report contains video footage and analysis of slag deposits, burner condition, and cleaning performance. The report includes a description of the current status and a proposal for corrective actions.

Imaging service with analysis and tuning

The imaging service can be extended to inspection and performance services where the analysis is combined with process data. The service includes troubleshooting and tuning of the system for better performance.

The analysis service and troubleshooting can also be performed remotely through Valmet Performance Center. Imaging and tuning take place on-site.
