Valmet DNA Boiler performance monitoring

Valmet DNA Boiler Performance Monitoring application calculates, stores and displays the main performance parameters that indicate the condition and operating efficiency of boilers. The calculations are based on boiler heat balance and built in accordance with EN 12952 and ASME PTC 4 standards.
Benefits
- Provides a tool that helps to detect potential problems in boiler operation and analyze problems occurred. This contributes towards proactive responding to failures before they cause unpredicted shutdowns.
- The extensive storage of history data enables also long- term monitoring of gradual component deterioration and thus better scheduling of maintenance.
- The application is linked seamlessly to the overall automation applications, which guarantees efficient collaboration between plant management and plant control.
Features
- The application includes calculation of the boiler heat balance and the main performance parameters, such as boiler efficiency by input-output method or by heat loss method.
- The user interface of the application collects the performance data of the boiler into easy-to-understand and -work-with reports and a display.
