Efficient control of gas emissions with Valmet Bleach Plant Scrubber

The washing media is evenly distributed in the scrubber through perforated Linder trays. The gas flows countercurrent against the liquor flow through the trays and passes the liquor shower on its way up. The Linder tray technology ensures an outstanding contact between gas and liquid. The used washing chemicals are effectively consumed in the scrubber and the pressure losses are low.

Washing efficiency of active chlorine is up to 95 %.
