Metso Paper USA, Norcross GA and WyesCo of Zachary, LA have signed an agreement naming WyesCo as the authorized US service center for repair and rebuild of certain products in the continuous digester product line. With the purchase of Kvaerner Pulping in December of 2006, Metso Paper acquired the original Kamyr AB continuous digester technology and offers complete processes, equipment, and services for continuous digesters based on over 50 years of experience. Through Kvaerner Pulping and its predecessor Kamyr AB, Metso Paper has delivered more than 400 continuous digesters globally. Repair, rebuilds, and upgrades of high and low pressure feeders are key components of the aftermarket service expected by our customers. Metso Paper's partnership with Clyde Dubois and the WyesCo group will give our US customers access to the highest quality repairs and upgrades from a known provider of quality repair services.

In addition to the repair of feeders, Metso Paper offers through it's US and Canadian Sales and Technology Centers complete service for the existing continuous digester installed base. Services such as process audits, optimization studies, components - both new and rebuilt, and inquiries for major rebuilds or complete new fiberlines are available through the Metso Paper Account Representative.
